Best book for electrical engineering

The book has the concepts explained in a very lucid manner and covers the topics for exam. It includes a number of solved and unsolved examples which help grasp the topics more clearly. Must recommend

This is the Sixth Edition but unlike the real international edition this is not coloured version, it's black and white . The coloured version really have a captivating effect while dealing with so many complicated circuits. So if you can get hand on that it would be better. Pages quality is also not upto the mark, however the content is same. As for content this book is a finesse in the field of Electrical Circuits. Simplified theory, fewer but enough examples along with a lot of practice questions is a must have for all Engineering students, GATE amd ESE aspirants. The only thing that felt odd is that inspite of the even questions being a little bit tricky they have given answers for odd questions only which sometimes left someone like me in dilemma whether my answer is correct or not.

Much better step by step explanations than those found in the books by Indian authors on similiar subjects, like Circuit Theory by Abhijit Chakraborty. I love this book, it rekindled my interest in circuit theory, and it has allowed me to go far in that field

Everything is given Solved Examples, Practice Examples & Concepts. This book touch all the portion of GATE & ESE Electrical Engineering Syllabus. It's very helpful for beginners. Page quality is so good. Go for it.

Best book to start to develop electrical concept.....must have in your study cart ....the way topic is explained will not get in any other electric circuit book. One more thing, IIT professor's lecture on elecric circuit fundamental by is totally covered from this book.

This is one of the best books for Electric circuits which will help you in electrical engineering but this printing quality is very poor. Readability is a big issue where this book completely fails and readers lose interest due to this .This is completely Grayscale black and white , and things like formulas which were supposed to be highlighted are dim and dull.

The book is very good with lucid explanations, and good examples. Good number of exercises to practice. The quality of product delivered was good as well.
