I’ve always loved Disney, and I’ve been collecting Precious Moments figurines for years, so when I discovered the Disney Showcase Collection, it felt like the perfect blend of nostalgia and charm. The moment I unboxed my first piece—Belle holding a rose with that signature Precious Moments sparkle in her eyes—I was genuinely moved. It wasn’t just a figurine; it felt like a memory brought to life. Each piece in the collection is beautifully detailed, with soft pastel colors and delicate expressions that capture the innocence and wonder of Disney characters. When my oldest girl was turning four she decided that she really wanted an Ariel Party. As for me, I really wanted keep things as simple as possible and the idea of tackling a cake that looks like a mermaid seemed a bit complex. Therefore, I decided the easy solution would be to simply buy an Ariel to use as a cake topper. I actually looked for small toys first, but had a hard time finding something that I thought would work and was cute enough. (Not to mention that some of the small plastic Ariels I found were ridiculously expensive considering what they were.) Finally, I stumbled across this adorable Ariel figurine, and wouldn't you know? It even has a four on it! I love Precious Moments products and I love that this Ariel looks like a little girl, rather than having the cleavage that Ariel usually has going on. This seemed a lot more appropriate for my own little princess and so even though $25 was bit more than I had been planning to spend, considering what I was paying for, (A keepsake for her to have for years to come) it made a lot more sense than buying a junky plastic toy for even half that cost. (Plus then I got free shipping). I was able to make a simple cake in a rectangular pan dusted with "sand" (cocoa powder/brown and white sugar mixture) on one side and splashed with blue colored coconut on the other side. Then Ariel rode in with the tide. :} It was simple and my daughter loved it!

So beautiful and very solid . Got this for my new granddaughter and i know these are for their birthday's for every year but i just can't wait another 11 months to give it so i told my daughter to give it to her when she is 1 month old on the day and display it in her beautiful room. After i got the first one i just had to go and buy the whole collection, Yes the whole collection including the little boy on the horse holding up the sign - Hail To The Princess - So every month on the day i will be giving her one and when she reaches 1 years old , she will have all 12 of them bc i'm not going to wait 12 years - Way To Long . . They came shipped very good and pretty fast . This is a gift where the person will have this for a very very long time. . I'm so happy i got the whole collection .
