Would this work on any 2 burner butane gas stove ?

I haven’t tried it but in theory yes it should do as long as the base to sit it on is stable.

No. It fits on top of the burner the way it is made there are hods on the botton so the heat goes in to the oven and so it then heats the inside of the oven. If you do buy one. Add more time to your cooking time. What might take 20 mimutes in a household oven wil take longer. There is a hole in the top of the oven. My advice is get a piece of metal. And cover the hole when using oven when you are cooking that way you are not losing more heat. You only get one shelf with it and measure the oven door for the trays that go in the oven door. If you put it on your cooker in the house for a first go, the bottom of the oven will get hot and stats glowing if the gas is on too high turn it down and it will cool it down and then put some in it and cook it. That way you can see how it works befor taking it out and wish you tryed it befor taking it out on your trip. I hope this helps you.
