Very easy to set up for my office with the enclosed driver. However - the paper supply drawer is too small and you'll end up buying an add-on drawer unless you don't mind having to fill it up often. Second - the software may not work in your computer, especially if you have a Windows XP system that is running drivers for lots of other printers. This printer will work for 3 out of 4 in our work group. Spent hours on the phone with HP support and they gave up, blaming it on the computer. Considering the number of times we've had issues with HP's printer drivers, we've begun checking out some other printer lines.
