My doctor recommended this product. I've tried other probiotics and never noticed a difference in my GI symptoms. It took awhile before I noticed an improvement with this, and then I was aware when I quit taking it for a few weeks. I won't do that again.I trust Klaire labs to produce quality products and this is no exception.

When the doctor prescribed this probiotic she told me that it should be kept refrigerated. When I purchased my second bottle here, it was not shipped with any cold packs. I contacted the retailer and they explained that they keep it refrigerated until it is shipped but after that it is okay not to be refrigerated. I then contacted Klaire Labs and they informed me that probiotics such as this one should be kept refrigerated. I returned this product since it was not kept cool. Now, I suggest you talk to both this retailer and the manufacturer and decide for yourself. I decided that I didn't want to take the chance. However, this retailer returned this product with no hassle and I commend them for great customer service.

Was not refrigerated as they are intended to be. Chewable tablets arrived discolored and expired.
