Easy to install. Works. Looks fantastic. I put three of these in a new butcher block desk spanning 22' of wall space in my office; I wish I'd gotten more. They are so attractive and functional. Nice long cord on the underside means you can reach any outlet or power strip. You need to drill a 2" hole, which is more than enough for the body to fit. Then insert the body of the grommet into the hole, and the collar over the cord on the underside of the desk. Screw the collar onto the grommet body to hold the top to the underside of the desk, then screw in three small screws (I drilled tiny pilot holes because the screws are pretty small/flimsy; depending on how tightly you screw down the collar you may not even need the screws though), and you're in business. Everybody comments on how cool they are.

Looks beautiful. Solid quality solution that I installed in a quartz countertop to create a work station area.

Put this on the side of the guest room desk. Drilled the hole, super easy install and looks/works great! Terrific idea!

Looks nice and works well. "Fast Charging" for my Samsung S20 via the USB-C port. Fits snug in a 2" hole. My only complaint is that it makes a high-pitched squeal if nothing is plugged in. Slowly driving me crazy!

If you have a standing desk, or really any kind of desk with a cord hole then you owe it to yourself to buy one of these powered grommets (make sure you get the correct diameter). I like that this one has the option for not only a powered outlet but also a USB and USB-C connection, this is exactly what I need to keep my work-from-home setup powered. Really, this is a no-brainer if your desk has a pass-through cord hole.

I wanted to have a semi hidden plug in a bench in our kitchen. The bench unfortunately covered the only outlet on this wall. It has USB c and quick charge so it's perfect for charging devices quickly. No issues so far.

I installed these on our side tables and i don’t think i could ever live without the convenience of these. These particular ones worked well, easy to install, sturdy, low profile. Need more.- - - - - -Update: I haven’t ever done an update on a review but these popped up and i figured I would. I loved them initially but the USB ports are short lived. I bought two units, each with the 2 usb and single outlet. Unfortunately the 3 of the 4 usb ports stopped working after a couple months. The USB ports are the reason the grommets are so convenient for me.

Built small table for behind my sofa, and installed this in top of table, good spot and not having to reach down to plug things in.

We couldn't find a 2" spade drill bit, so we used an ordinary drill bit to drill out the circle needed for the grommet. Used a drywall saw (the countertop is chipboard covered melamine) and this smoothed out the circle nicely. The installing of the grommet was so easy with its threaded thingy securing it from underneath the counter. I'm using the USB to charge my cellphone and it charges my phone more quickly than my USB plug that I insert into an electric socket. So I would definitely buy this product again!

Bought this to replace a defective one from a different brand.Both USB and plug work with this one.

I used 2 of these in my boat to provide extra sockets in the cabin running off the inverter and shore power. White for shore power, black for inverter. Its a simple matter of drilling a 2" hole and screwing the socket in place. The lead was long enough to route back through the cabinet to connect to the inverter and an existing shore power connection for the fridge. The USB ports are a nice touch as well. Very happy.

Simple to use and install. My wife loves it, I mounted it into the headboard on her side so she can charge her devices overnight. I mounted it at the same level as the night stand so now she can also use the device while it is charging. I haven’t had it long enough to give it a value for money rating.I have had it for a year now and no problems. Thinking of putting one on my side of the bed.
