Price was expensive

I did a lot of shopping around for kitchen faucets in all price ranges from low to high end costing nearly $1000. I wanted something very strong and corrosion free. My biggest beef w/ kitchen faucets is that they can often loosen up and start to wobble or turn in the mounting hole. This Delta escutcheon plate, while a bit pricey (@$65), is sturdy, corrosion free, and nicely finished to match your arctic stainless faucet exactly. Note from the photo it has two strong bolts and plates to tighten the whole plate securely under the sink or counter. Cheaper competitors have nothing there or plastic holders and rely only on the center hole for tightening. The Delta faucet is then tightened securely in the center hole which has a tab designed to fit into the faucet base preventing it from turning. In my opinion, it’s well worth spending more for this over the more generic kinds that most big box hardware stores carry, which look very similar from above, but don’t last w/ even light use.

This product is and was needed for the faucet I purchased. Iy is sturdy but cost 1/2 of what I paid for the faucet. Ridiculous but necessary.

Not cheap in my opinion, but it's a well-made metal piece. I took one star off because I had to buy this piece separately and had to wait to install. I thought everything is included after spending about $300 for the faucet.

It matches the faucet exactly and covered the extra holes in the sink. It appears to be well made and cleans up easily. Pricier than other options but since the faucet was higher end, we decided to go with the product designed to match.

Beautiful! I bought this to go with our new Delta Trinsic pull down faucet. It looks beautiful on the sink and has a perfect mirror finish. The metal is very sturdy, not flimsy, and all of the pieces fit together smoothly. Perfect choice for our kitchen.

We got this plate for our new faucet to cover the holes from out sink. The plates fits perfectly and the plate has a lower profile than the other one. Look nice and an exact match.

I got this for $43 but the price has gone up to $85!!! At the lower price point its an OK deal, but $85+ is crazy! Look somewhere else like home depo as this price is ludicrous!I bought the Delta trinsic bar faucet and needed to cover up holes from my old faucet. This matches the new faucet perfectly and is great quality. But again, not worth $80!
