Do these have caffeine in them? Will you lose potassium if you use these?

This particular one does say "caffeine free" so no there is no caffeine in them. But please read my other comment as all diuretics cause water, potassium and sodium loss. Always take a potassium supplement with any type of diuretic as it is essential to normal body function!!! I have no idea what these other people are thinking saying that it doesn't cause potassium loss. All water loss means potassium loss. All diuretics cause water loss therefore also potassium loss. The body NEEDS potassium to function. Please be careful and if you don't know who to believe I urge you to speak to a doctor about it! Potassium is very important; you will lose it when you take a diuretic!

YES, it does. It's the second-last ingredient.

How long do these take to work? I have taken about 5 over a 2 day period (a little less than recommended). I have not noticed any results whatsoever

i noticed results within two weeks, i weighed 172 then went down to 165. so they work however drink plenty of water when taking these.
