The first picture shows gray fabric but the rest of the pictures show black.** A: The inside is all grey fabric with multiple pieces. Each piece has Velcro to be used to attach it to the other components in the divider. You can make almost an infinite number of square or rectangular sections given the substantial number of divider pieces you are given. **Q: Does this fit into a dresser drawer or a carry on luggage? Do you have to use all of the pieces or can you just use some of them?** A: Yes It was go easy into a dresser...
