I’m so happy with these. Flavours are tasty and they thicken up beautifully especially Strawberry and banana. Ive been on them for two weeks and lost a stone already😀👍😀👍 Very easy to make, ready to drink in less than a minute. I hope my weight loss journey keeps going as well as it has so far. My only downside is they do work out expensively. Times are tough for everyone so I do understand, my purse and my hubby don’t. I didn’t get any directions in the box but on contacting the seller, they sent them in the post and I got them a few days later. So customer service 10/10

Wow toooo yummy for words. The shake's are very tasty mix well with the cold water andfound putting some ice in made them even colderin some of the flavers it made them a little bit thicker mmm😃i have taken them for 5days now and just to see if it was working I weighed myself and found that I have lost 4lb so far 😄. In the book there are different diets to choose from and if you know your BMI say is over 40 then it tells you which one to go to. My one is to take 3 shake's a day and a meal at tea time and it also tells you what foods you can choose from to.😄 So far this diet to me is the best and easy to follow and also a nice touch on the shake's packet there is a different saying on them to keep you motivated 😘well done to who ever thought of that and is my answer to buying them again you bet I am. Amazing 😚 thanks😆

Very effective, but be sure to take a fibre supplement. Can cause bathroom problems - think giving birth! Good choice of flavours. Not expensive compared to other diets. Would recommend - with caution as to above.

This diet works well for me. The shakes are delicious, they thicken with crushed ice and are very filling. Overall this is definitely the way forward for me.

Taste too artificial and powdery. Very thin consistency too. I tried to get a refund but wasn't able to so they went in the bin. Tesco meal replacement shakes are much tastier and £4 for 12!
