Compact, sturdy, and it works well.
I needed something light and sturdy and adaptable for my Canon and Godox strobes when travelling. Have used lightly since my recent purchase and it works well. A great little light modifier. fairly expensive for what it is but its value is it is simple to use, well made, and fits in my small camera bag and gives me nice light when a flash is needed. Go buy one, you won't regret it.

Excellent Assesory for More Natural Flash Images
The unit is well made of sturdy plastic and the instructions are complete and clear. The reflector is completely adjustable and stays in position firmly allowing full artistic control. The strap has a warning: do not stick the velcro fastener repeatedly as the fuzzy part will fail with repetition. Instead, adjust the strap to your flash head, then stick the velcro and leave it stuck. Way over priced but if you want control over your flash images, this unit will do the job.

Good, adaptable flash bounce.
I like this tool for flash photography. I've used it at several events so far. I like being able to adjust the bounce card angle to suit the brightness and height of the ceiling. In a room with a white ceiling, I point the card straight up (90 degrees) so the ceiling is the main light source and the bounce card is just a fill. In rooms with dark or very high ceilings, angling it up at about 60 degrees makes the card the main light source. With my Canon 580-EXII flash, I mount the card so it's on the short side of the flash head, and pivot the flash head 90 degrees to the base. This way I can easily tip it up when shooting vertical pictures to get the flash above lens level, so it can still bounce light off the ceiling. And even with no ceiling bounce, face shadows drop down and to the side (instead of just to the side, which is less flattering). In my experience, it's much more adaptable than the Sto-Fen Omni Bounce. Works about as well as a Gary Fong diffuser for less money.

Professional Flash Relector
Great Product, good design, very professional works beautifully in practice.Compact but not small face. Only negative is the price for an all plastic made product, too expensive! But you pay a little more for quality?

Perfect On-Camera Flash Modifier
This modifier works like a charm for any on-camera flash needs. Super fast to install, looks professional, and really does a fantastic job at softening the light. It can almost duplicate the effect of two shoot-through umbrellas!Oh, and red eye is a thing of the past! I get super dilated pupils at night, and always look like a demon when people take my pic. With the Flip-it!, there is no evil to be seen! Even out of doors, when angled at 45 degrees, you can get a good shot without those bleached highlights.

Great investment - far superior to an Omni-Bounce or other portable alternatives
Great investment - far superior to an Omni-Bounce or other portable alternatives. I got one of these to keep with my flash instead of the Omni-Bounce I used previously. I trimmed a small amount off each edge of the reflector panel so that the overall width was the same as my flash and it could be easily slid into its pouch along with it. Then I stuck a bit of velcro on the back of it and ordered Demb's Mega-Flip It diffuser panel (you can purchase it separately from Demb). With those two minor modifications I now had a diffuser that was portable to carry with the flash, and if I needed a bit more surface area, I could simply attach the Mega-Flip It.Even without the Mega-Flip It modification, it provides great light control. Angled a bit towards the subject it provides solid lighting with much softer shadows than a direct flash. Pointed more toward the ceiling it produces a catch light while the ceiling bounce provides soft lighting. It also feels less clumsy to attach than the fold-up soft boxes and doesn't require you stick any velcro on your flash. For what it's worth, my wedding photographer also used a Demb Flip-It and I was quiet happy with the photos.

Probably the most versatile little flash diffuser out there.
After looking at and reviewing many other flash diffusers I found the Demb classic flip it diffuser to be the most flexible one out there without looking like you got some sort of extra terrestrial object or a solar panel hovering over your flash. Mounts on and off in just 2 seconds and you have full control of the direction of the light indoors and outdoors. To bounce from ceiling point the flash straight up with the bounce card facing straight forward for both bounce flash and some forward fill flash, tilt card forward at 45 degree angle when outdoors or when bouncing off ceiling isn't available, flip all the way back and out of the way if you don't want to use the bounce card for certain shots. I just wasn't able to find that kind of flexibility with other flash diffusers. $37.95 A bit pricey for what it is; (a velcro strap on a hinge with a plastic card) I guess the flexibility justifies the price. So far so good.
