I had the same issue with other 2 ( sunlite). I am trying those since last year b/c i like the style. First one i just threw away, second i tried to repair ( dont even try it ! ). I guess ordering one to check, then if it doesn't fit it could be returned so long as you don't mount it or damage it. Problem is, the calibration of the gear would be off due to the tire size (Stingray 16" or 20" verses 27" on this speedo). **Q: How do you install the speedometer on to the bike? Mine did not come with any instructions.** A: Mine had no instructions either but it is simple. The best I remember is just take one nut off the front wheel and put the small counter on the wheel and then put the nut back on. Attached the cable and attach the speedometer to the handle bars and attach cable to it. **Q: What is the length of the cable that is included?** A: The cable itself is about 30 inches. That would be to the bottom connection of speedometer and to the top of the connection for the wheel unit installed. **Q: My husband installed mine and I have a squeaking sound. He tried adjusting it and put WD40 and it still squeaks. Any suggestions?** A: I'm sorry, I can't help you.
