EasyN H3-V10R IP Camera
The Good: Metal housing & mount, nice finish. P&T was rough at first but seemed to smooth out. Picture quality was pretty good. The Bad: Had to tighten up the antennae mount. The software is horrible! Half in Chinese, half English. No CD. PC install, had to go out and download 4 different files, 2 of which were the same. Software wouldn't handshake with interactive AVG firewall, had to disable firewall, but you can't leave it that way. EasyN IP cam "management" program never did work. Software option screens wouldn't display, only a black square. I had full cam control once when networked directly to the cam from Firefox. The rest of the time, only a video feed through the network cable, and for a little while, Wi-Fi. Never could check night vision. Maybe IE would work better, but they say Mozilla compatible. PC Win7, fast I5, big mem.

Not functioning properly [Amazon needs to pull these and review them. See comments from others]
First time, I received the camera and the box appeared to be opened. However, everything seems to be in tact. I powered it up and connected an Ethernet cable to it. I logged in and tried to change the configuration settings but could not get past the main page. All the fields appear to be frozen so I returned the first one. I received a second one and the same problem persists.Let me put this out there, some of the IP cameras especially the knock offs out there have crappy documentation and usually no application software. Easyn (not sure if it's the real or fake) happens to fall in this category over 50% of the time. However, I have three of their cameras [H3-M1BF x2 and 187V x1] ranging from 1 to 2+ years old. I was lucky to have one of their cameras that had all of the windows application software (one for viewing multiple feeds and the search/config settings) and after seeing great improvements on the Android app, I decided to stick with them. I wish they make themselves available and get feedback to improve in some areas. Also, if you are not savvy in networking, this camera may not be for you. However, the price is right. Having getting this out of the way, I'll get into the review.Out of the box, your camera will be assigned an available ip address once plugged in and it will be dynamic AND a port address of 81. I was dumbfounded because your typical login won't apply so you have to use 192.168.X.X:81. This will make it hard for a lot of users who have limited networking experience. I have the search tool so I was able to quickly figure this out. Easyn has an application for Windows where you can set it ip address to fixed and even and port numbers if you want to use your Internet provider's ip address which I prefer but it does not come with the software. There is a ddns server but I don't trust any out there. Once I logged in, I used Firefox (seems to be the best) to login and set up the configuration settings. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again and all of the parameters are frozen so I cannot set anything.I have ordered the Easyn H3-M1BF which is twice the cost of this camera but since I have two of them and they seem to work fine. I hope third time's a charm. The reason is that I have everything to make these cameras work. Still, everything I am looking for is over $200 for the others and I just need it to watch my kids when they play in the back yard.Update on 06/27/2016 - The Easyn H3-M1BF came in and same problems so I decided to return it and go back to the H3-V10R. Now, Google Chrome seems to be able to edit the field but I downloaded and ran the plug-in for the video but cannot see anything. So I have to set the configuration in Chrome and view it in Firefox except for the motion alarm and the picture settings. So what I did was to open my other Easyn camera and copied all of the settings. Then I selected all [4 settings] of the motion alarm and left the picture to default settings. Maybe some miracle can happen where I'll eventually be able to use Firefox like all of my other 3 Easyn IP cameras. I've upgraded my review to 3 stars. However, my previous comments still stands.

Un-decided but so far dis-appointend (now Decided)
So far I have ordered 2 of these- The first one must of been a clone or just a messed up shipment - The software was not "easyn" ..picture was average at best...low frame rate and multiple disconnects... I am pretty sure I was sent a used/broken unit.... So I have re-ordered unit... Hopefully the next unit will work as expected. I did noticed a very very narrow lens - almost not usable - even with the setting all the way "up" the "view" is slanted about 45 degrees down- which is crazy un-usable. 6mm lens?? Not sure......I will update review after testing next camera (replacement)Un-decided but so far not happyUPDATE!!!:Received second camera- well no better..The software does look like it should... the camera will work and show HD when using IE - under push mode. But then display Sd in Chrome-also any field settings are not available..... I am using blue Iris and Blue "seems happy" with them- BUT..BUT the wifi range is VERY VERY poor 20 feet-at best!!!!.....My router signal is there but the Easyn camera can not send the signal back - i am unsure if its a noise issue on the TX path or what.Regardless it is not usable range- at all - Easyn failed on this unit-no more!kiss kiss
