Completely ineffective in eliminating gas after eating.
In my 50's, I started experiencing terrible-smelling gas after every meal. The usual tablets with brand name starting with a "B" didn't work. A good health food store recommended this to me, and it's completely effective. I take one before each meal, and have no more problems with gas. If I'm eating something like a bowl of beans, I might take two, just to be safe. I believe that this helps with nutrient absorption, too, so therefore it supports good health.

They work as advertised
Started using this product because of excessive gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation. Now I cannot live without it. All the symptoms are back to normal. Since you need to take three a day they are a bit expensive

It has helped a lot
I have had big problems with food lately. Can't digest pretty much anything. Bloating and gas soon after lunch and sometimes could not even sleep at night due to discomfort. Then I learned about this medication/supplement and tried it. Thought it was too strong so I took 1 a day. It helped but did not eliminate the problem so now I take it with lunch and dinner. Symptoms are much better. I still have issues but it is not as bad as before. I will continue to take this every day until they stop making it or I run out of money! Update April 27th: I continue to take this product. It is still working. I can digest food and sleep at night. I am 48 years old and wonder whether I will ever be able to live without this product. It is a concern because I have a long way to go before my natural death. Hopefully I can continue to afford buying this, they continue to produce this product and it continues to work. Also hopefully there are no major side effects.
