Excellent vegan/vegetarian D3 supplement at a great price
My daughter and husband were diagnosed with vitamin D deficiencies, so taking a supplement is a must. Finding the right one can be hard for those who are vegan, as most vitamin D products come from animal sources. Forest Leaf D3 is suitable for vegetarians/vegans, and it's easy enough even for my husband to swallow (he is horrible about taking pills!). Also, Forest Leaf is a great company - a small business that focuses on sustainability, high-quality ingredients, and health. And they work! I had a vitamin D level of 7.7 initially, but after using the supplement for four months, it improved to 31, which is within the normal range. As someone who has experienced vitamin D deficiency for a while, I think a four-month timeframe is reasonable for improvement. The value for money is the best I could find, and the pill size is standard for a supplement.

Dr said I am vitamin D deficient and said I needed to take a supplement. I started taking these a month ago and honestly it's too early to say if my levels are where they need to be however, I do notice I no longer have stiff shoulder and neck muscles. So, could be due to this vitamin OR since I started sleeping without a pillow! Anyway, I would recommend this product. Great value for the 6 month supply!
