Treat it carefully and it will serve you well!
I have used this every day since I ordered it. It has made making loose leaf tea at work so much easier-- I prep the leaves at home and clean it out when I return at the end of the day, meaning I only have to worry about adding hot water at work.In turns of using carefully:- As other reviews have mentioned, you have to slowly rotate from leaf side down to liquid side down to prevent the mesh from clogging.- You have to be careful about the seal to prevent drips. If you don't make sure the seal is tight after each use, you might have a couple of drips when you rotate the tumbler.- Most importantly, it's made of glass and fairly fragile. I'm a bit of a klutz and dropped it a few inches onto a table. And sadly, the bottom of the tea end broke off. So keep it in the safety pouch!!Final verdict: I will definitely reorder, even though I'll inevitably break the next one too. It's been so useful that it's still worth it.

Tea at work is tastea
Delightful and easy. I use it daily! You have to tip it sideways and slowly turn upright to drain right but that is not an issue really. Also if water can get around the seal if you don't empty the top completely.Make sure to preheat the glass with warm water before pouring boiling water into the bottom if you kept it in a fridge with your lunch box. But I'd preheat anyways if it's been chilly. Cold glass + boiling water is not a good mix.I just microwave tap water in the base at work.

Disappointed.
I bought this item for brewing tea gong fu style when I can’t use a gaiwan. It’s the perfect size for gong fu tea, and I love the simplicity of the bottle’s design. It is aesthetically pleasing. The padded carrying case is nice, too.The drinking vessel part of the bottle is made of heavy double-walled glass. The steeping chamber on the top is not. When boiling water enters the steeping chamber, the glass becomes extremely hot. It is not designed for safety. There tends to be a bit of suction inside the bottle, and residual hot liquid, trapped by large tea leaves, is released from the steeping chamber when you allow the drinking vessel to cool down somewhat.I put only 2g of white tea in the steeping chamber with 185°F water. This bottle does not like large leaf teas. It took some effort to drain the steeping chamber into the drinking vessel. I had to shake the bottle, and tap the bottle on the table to get the steeping chamber to drain all the way. The filter is very easily clogged. The second steeping was a little easier than the first, but it still took some effort to drain into the drinking vessel. While I don’t mind drinking a random tea leaf, if you don’t care for small bits of tea leaves filtering through, which tends to happen in gong fu brewing, this is probably not the item for you.The instructions on the box are in Chinese. Big surprise. Google Translate was only sort of helpful. There’s no instructions on the correct way to use the item. I assume that you fill the lower chamber drinking vessel with hot water, but below where the top line of the bottle meets the screw on strainer part, and fill the top steeping chamber with loose tea before inverting the bottle. At least that’s how I did it.When washing the bottle before and after the first use, I could not remove the silicone seals inside the bottle. Exercise great care with the seals, and air dry after washing to prevent bacterial growth and mold. Make sure the bottle, the strainer, and the seals are completely dry before returning the bottle to its carrying case.I highly recommend warming the bottle with hot water prior to use. The description on Amazon says the product is made with borosilicate glass, which is resistant to thermal shock. Warming the tea vessel is always a good idea to enhance your drinking experience, but also for safety.I expected this item would be better than it is. I feel like I paid too much. I am going to keep the item, and continue to practice using it. Perhaps part of my dissatisfaction with this item may be user error.

Christmas gift myself.
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice little diffuser set. Comes with the cup and traveling bag. I have no complaints so far. Only drunk out of it twice. But I do wish the upper portion where the tea is stored was insulated. It's hard to unscrew when it's a little hot.

Amazing
I LOVE THIS so much. I make my own tea daily for health benefits. This is a bit smaller than I thought but it is so fun and easy to use. Much easier to clean out the tea than usual loose tea methods. I love it. So fun to do and to watch while it brews. If you love tea and don’t like wasting money buying tea in bags, this is definitely a great buy.

Good concept, but its a ticking time bomb!
I thought it was too good to be true that there was a glass tea infuser that won't explode if you used it. I was right; this thing is straight dangerous. Overlooking the fact that the strainer isn't that good at straining, the glass used for the leaves only uses one layer, making it extremely hot to touch. Mind you the water was only around 185°f. The double layered glass works somewhat, but you'll definitely be uncomfortable holding it since it gets extremely warm anyways. Maybe I got a defected glass, but the inner glass layer cracked around the strainer, so if I try infusing my tea it leaks into the mid layer slightly. I'm afraid If I use it anymore it will break completely and hurt me, so Im planning on throwing it away soon. It's a cute size, great concept! The travel bag is so cute and I wish this item wasn't a hot water bomb 🥲 be careful with this cup if you decide to buy it. Be smart, and don't try sticking it in the fridge or freezer EVER.
