Mastiff A2 3w 405nm Ultraviolet Radiation Uv LED Black Light Lamp Flashlight Torch and Nylon Holster

I love this thing. This is one of the few I could find in the 405nm range and it is worth every penny. Took a little while to arrive (not Prime), but I'm glad I ordered it. It is durable, well-made, bright, and cures resin very fast. Runs off two AA batteries or one 14500 3.7v li-ion rechargeable battery (which is what I do). With a 14500 it is very small and goes unnoticeable in your pocket. I would like to have a pocket clip, but you can't have everything. I would buy this again. If you need something to quickly cure resins, this is it.

I print 3D miniatures using Elegoo mars printers and this little light is the perfect UV torch for touching up sections that the UV box didn’t reach. Take a few seconds for any spot that isn't fully cured but it works really well. Avoid eye contact and any prolonged skin contact.

It's made thick and strong. It just fits in my pocket. The case is nice but I don't know how you would mount it on your belt or what. It's led is much brighter than a flouresent uv. It shows refrigerant dye,anything flouresent color or glow in the dark. I put flouresent labels on my music and use a black marker so I can change it in almost dark and this 3w mastiff lights it up bright. You can also really light up old uranium glass.

Surprisingly high quality. Took a while to get here but it’s the right wavelength to cure resin and takes regular battery

I use this to spot cure light catalyzed resin and it works very well. The reaction is not instant but perhaps 10 to 20 seconds. I can not comment on the range because I use it at very short ranges. The reflection off of a white surface on a workbench is very bright, I am not qualified to make safety recommendations but would personally recommend 405nm rated safety glasses.I have not thoroughly inspected the item but the build quality seems fair. The push button on off switch could have been engineered better. I have not had any problems with it but the feel does not inspire confidence. I feel like it is recessed too far and the throw is too long, a bit clunky.All that said, if you are looking for something to cure 405nm resin I recommend this item.

The battery inside can wiggle around and the light won't turn on. I have to shake it to get it to turn on. I don't like that about the light. Other than that it's great.

Basically does the job as expected - cures the resin if you need to glue parts of a resin print together. Very useful for extra curing around drain holes. No complaints so far (except very long delivery, but it was expected)
