Escape to Wonderland: A Colouring Book Adventure Paperback – International Edition, January 26, 2016

I can't stop coloring in this book. The pictures are adorable. And the pages are thick. No need to worry about bleeding through. Check first on a corner if you want to use markers. I've been using colored pencils, gel pens and graph pens for those small tight little pictures and edges. I love the Graph Pens for coloring. I bought my set on Amazon. The tips are 0.4... They are called Steadler I think I spelled that right. I'm giving details cause I had to learn the hard way by myself. First I color with the graph pens and then over it to add depth I add the color pencils. The pictures come out really pretty. I ordered a really terrific set of Gel Pens From EBAY. 125 Pens for $21.00. The pens are regular, neon, metallic, glitter, Happy Coloring Everyone!!!!!

I love this book. The smaller-than-usual size is cute without making it harder to color. The illustrations are gorgeous and go well with the story (there are passages from the original book on almost every page). The QUALITY is fantastic: Heavy card stock book jacket, paperback. Paper quality is great, felt tip markers, gel pens, and wax-lead colored pencils are what I use. Nothing bled through, and I tend to bear down pretty hard.My one complaint: Shipping. After placing the order amazon showed it would take a month to deliver but the seller said 7-8 business days... It arrived on the 11th or 12th business day.

Beautiful illustrations, adorable book. I love the book so much I'm afraid to color it lol. It's small so it fits in my purse for on the go but it's not too small that I can't see or that it's bothersome. It took a little while to get here but it's coming from the U.K so no problem and we'll worth it. I would recommend all the books from Good Wives and Warriors.

I love the smaller size of this book. Sometimes the full size pictures can take so long! The artwork is very fun. Some very busy, some not as. Good variety, depending on your mood. I absolutely love it. The paper has a decent tooth for pencils. Medium weight. Not flimsy at least. It's a great book and I will have lots of fun with it!

I just wish the pictures weren't on both sides of the pages so there is no bleed through

This book has such wonderful reviews, I was anticipating it quite a bit - since it's a book only available from overseas and I knew there would be a long wait for it, I was really swayed by them when I decided to buy it. It's a nice enough book but as a coloring book it's not very relaxing.The book is in a smaller format (about 7" x 7") with non-removable, glued pages. It's an actual illustrated storybook with the illustrations left to be colored in. They're fanciful and if it's a thing, extremely British - is that a thing? The issue for me was that there are pages where I have no clue what's been drawn. It's a blob of lines and every so often I'll recognize a shape or item but otherwise I have no idea what's happening. I'm very OCD when I color and I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to do with those pages. Even on the pages where I think I know what's happening there are entire areas that make no sense. It's cute as an abstract storybook but as a coloring book it's been driving me crazy.If this had been a more expensive book I'd have been more unhappy that I won't be able to use this one. As it is, I'm just disappointed that I waited so long for it and it turned out to be so much less than I'd hoped for.
