These were delicious! We purchased them because my daughter loves making sushi but hates seaweed. These worked perfectly and they didn’t impart any kind of flavor on the food, they worked for all the different rolls we made. I would highly suggest for people who don’t like seaweed but still want to make rolls. They were easy to use, sturdy, but not too thick, and we didn’t have many tears. (One small one when we were first starting and she was trying to roll and re-roll.) But once she got the hang of it, they were perfect.

The wrappers are flexible without being flimsy, both dry and lightly dampened. The pink color is stable, doesn't bleed away and ruin presentation. The wrappers have only a faint, neutral flavor that doesn't interfere with the flavors of wrap contents. While these are little pricier than regular rice wraps, they're still a decent value for adding fun color without altering food quality. The product description is pretty upfront about the source of color and only claims to be gluten free; the pouch labeling matches the description, there are no surprises. The pouch does reseal easily, keeping the unused wrappers in good condition.

The green soy wrappes I bought from this company were aweful. Mealy, dense, and I ended up throwing them away. I notice the photos are for a completely different product...most of the reviews are probably also for those products!

Great for homemade sushi

How fun to level-up my homemade sushi game! Pale blush color elevates the beauty of the meal. Just the right thickness. Tastes fresh and clean. Restaurant quality minus the high price. Rolls easily and brings a mild quirkiness to my table.
