My mistake, I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered it. When I opened the container my kitchen instantly smelled like dirty laundry. Tasted it on some plain rice and gagged. I thought it must have been spoiled until I looked at the reviews. It is the most disgusting attempt at a condiment I’ve ever tasted. As soon as it touches your tongue your mouth begins to oversalivate and you gag, like when you accidentally drink sour milk. I don’t know how Amazon is getting away with selling people garbage soup water as sweet & sour sauce.

The flavor of this product is OK but would be more enhanced if it were thicker. I've been tempted to add some thickening agent to it, like corn starch. It's very watery. I'd have to debate on purchasing again. If I find a good way to thicken it, I'll re-do my review. :-)
