Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Amrit 20-Litre Water Purifier

This filter is excellent. I bought it maybe 6-7 years ago. Even today my entire family uses this filter for water. The good thing is that the parts of this filter are easily available online. 👍👍👍👍🙂🙂 Thank you

Amrit water purifier is value for money . Pros: simple to use Cleaning the filter and its parts is easy. shows the water level in filtered chamber (bottom) and unfiltered chamber (top) Looks good Cons: I have faced water leakage from the bottom chamber as the white colour float was not working properly. I have operated manually with slight rotations and up and down movements . But be careful you should handle it carefully Otherwise it may break. After making above fix now there is no water leakage between the upper and lower joints. Less water storage capacity of filtered water for a family of 7 members.Otherwise it is ok for family with 4 members. You can buy it as the spares are also easily available .But better to buy in Amazon fulfilled or prime options. Update after 1 year usage : The upper water filter mesh which is on the top (Cup shape with white cloth like material) is not so easily available in the market. However you can get the main carbon filter cartridge. You need to contact the Eureka forbes service desk. Take local service provider in your area and ask him to deliver this. Service is not good..They will charge home delivery charges as well.. I found that many other companies spares are easily available than This product.

I have been using a Usha Brita Waterguard storage water purifier for the last ten years and it has started to look worn out due to overusage. I was looking for another storage water purfier of a different brand since the Waterguard is no longer available. The Eureka Forbes Aquasure Amrit looks gorgous!! It has a total capacity of 18 litres. It does not use any chemicals to purify the water unlike the older Waterguard that I used. The purified water is probably the purest that you can get. There is not odour in the purified water and no taste change either. The kitanu magnet or the purification cartridge used in the filter does a stupendous job in purifying the water and the filtration rate is also good: 10 litres water purified in just one hour!! The build quality of the filter is sturdy built out of quality food grade plastic. The styling and the looks are eye catching. The only con is the flow rate of the premium tap which is very slow, but then again the good things in life comes slowly. The premium tap doesn't drip any water after being used. So that it a big plus. Also this storage water purfier allows you to place a tall glass right under the tap unlike the other purifiers. All in all a very good water purifier from Eureka Forbes. Definitely a MUST BUY!!

1. This is not a purifier and just a water filter.just matter of reducing 50 RPM water PH. 2. Breakable body made. 3. If you have water RPM level below 100, I would recommend this to buy otherwise not. Good in product, 1. Easy to carry 2. Easy to Install 3. Easy to use. 4 lovable & colorful design.

After 10 days of buying Acquasure Amrit water purifier, the water flow reduced significantly. It was taking 24 hours to filter 1 liter of water, making it unusable for us. We reached out to Eureakforbes customer service number and thats when our ordeal of worst customer experience started. Within a period of 25 days, we called them 15 times but apart from hollow assurances that a technician will come and repair it nothing happened. We wrote to them over email also (provided by Amazon customer service), but to no avail. During this period we are paying 80 Rs for a bisleri water can for every 2nd day. In total negligent customer service has costed us close to ~ 1000 Rs already The truth is Eureakforbes is not all interested in honoring their warranty or contractual obligations around warranty. In-spite of a customer facing company, they dont understand ABCD.. of customer service and have thick skins which alligators or rhinoceros would be proud of. No customer facing company stands any chance of surviving if they dont have an empathetic customer service but management at Eurekaforbes is still living in old world and have an extremely high level of hubris and arrogance. Amazon has a great customer service. They should weed out such products from their listing which have consistently poor rating around customer experience. It does impact Amazon customer NPS as well. I hope Amazon category team handling water purifiers will have a strong conversation with Eurekaforbes counterpart questioning .. "Why should their product be not de-listed in wake of pathetic customer experience"
