Bought two because it didn’t seem like much.. turns out you get ALOT out of these small tubs. If you’re using it for what I think you are, you will make a lot of pies using one tub. Try using it in more of your cooking! I also used it in peanut butter and jam cookies.

This is a very coarse product, more like desiccated coconut or fine coffee grounds. It doesn't dissolve as such. Bought to make beetroot lattes and of course, I've ended up with vaguely pink milk and a mouthful of chewy, gritty bits. Not recommended. Might be better for cooking. I recommend Gourmet Spice Company Beetroot Powder instead. Fully regret buying this.

Ideal for so many things . Perfect in smoothies, the tastes is fantastic, really vibrant colour . Try adding a good generous spoon to soya and banana for a nice healthy breakfast. Or baking it into bread.
