This is a high quality hose and simple to hook up to the water line and frig. The 5 foot length is perfect, no extra long hose to tangle, you can pull it out from the cabinet niche and get behind easily.

Piece of mind that this won't leak behind the fridge
I've read to many stories about the water line hooked up to a fridge was slow leaking for a long time before the brown stain on the drywall ceiling downstairs was noticed. I want nothing to do with that so I splurged and bought this 20ft braided stainless type. My under sink connections are my only option and they're a distance away so I had to opt for a 20 footer. Its a little too long but at least i'm covered.Oh, I meant to flush it out before I connected it up but forgot and then said whatever. Our new fridge said to throw the first 3 bins of ice out anyway, and to toss the first few litres of water from the dispenser so in the end everything tasted just fine.

Good quality
This was a very good quality water line that I used for my furnace humidifier. The line originally installed burst twice, likely because it is hooked up to the hot water line but also very poor quality. Easy to install, strong fittings and it works perfectly. I guess time will tell be so far no issues.
