Jell-O Pomegranate Berry Gelatin Mix (3 oz Box)

This past summer I made a lot of fruit salads for pot lucks. I used canned or jarred fruit packed in natural juices. I drain the fruit and reserve the juice. I use the juice instead of water and cut the liquid called for by half. I bring the juice to a boil and add the Jello. When the Jello has completely dissolved, I add the fruit and lots of it. Basically it's a bowl of various fruits held together by firm Jello. I also sometimes add dried cranberries to the hot liquid before I add the fruit. Everyone always asks me to bring fruit salad. My favorite combination is JELL-O Pomegranate Blueberry Gelatin, a can of cut up sliced peaches, a jar of manderin oranges, a can of diced pineapple, and 3/4 cup of dried cranberries. Hey, the jello is great by itself too.

Never saw this flavor before so when I came across it here, I bought a bunch. Man, oh man. If you make gummies, you've got to try this flavor. By far, the most popular flavor in my gummy repertoire.
