Flag pole was easy to assemble after going back to the pictures in Amazon and zooming in. Would have been great to have a page of instructions on installation of the sleeve in the ground. I was dismayed that not all the hardware came with the set. Both screws to mount the tie off were missing. One of the flag keepers was missing.I made a slight modification to the last pole section for the pulley mount by drilling a hole the proper size so the set screw actually went into the pole and not just pressed on to it. This will prevent any movement of the pully mount.

i had this for about 2.5 years, until a recent windstorm with consistent 45 MPH winds - snapped it write in half.

I had missing pieces, contacted the seller, they immediately sent my missing parts to me and was very apologetic.....i recieved the parts in 2 days. The pole is excellent and quality appears to be as good too.

Very satisfied, is what we expected

I want to start off by saying I did hours, and weeks of research before purchasing it this item.I live in an area with extremely Highwinds typically we can see up to 90 miles an hour on an average day.So when it came to looking I was trying to decide on what to purchase that would last through this even if we forgot to bring the pole down and it was left up cold mass.After purchasing this item my husband was excited to get it in the ground. We followed the instructions of most other reviews and dug a fairly large hole and cemented it in.We have had no issues and have never had to bring the pole down or off its base due to wind conditions. It has held up and has never broken or bent. We have had neighbors polls who have bent.I love for the price that you pay but you also get the flag. We have now had this for over a year and the only part of it that has broken was the little clasps that hold the flag to the pole. Super easy fixAgain this is great for Highwind areas and has given us no trouble for over a year

The media could not be loaded.  Looks awesome! Came in on time, no damage in shipment and everything was packeted really well. I did go to Home Depot and upgraded the sleeve to 3” pvc. I also got some to put inside the pole as well,since it’s really windy here (50 north of Houston). I got a 2” as well as a 1 1/2” and now I feel a lot more comfortable on those high wind days. Bought a light today for it, got the GKOLED 30watt - claims 3350 lumens, 5k daylight white so should really make the flag pop at night. I’ll update when it’s received. Flag seems to be a good quality, may to to a 4x6 next time Overall extremely happy, as are my neighbors who are all glad to see Ol Glory waving.Added a led light - GKOLED 30Watt Bullet. The results speak for their self. (I had to make a sleeve over the light to keep it more of a direct beam spotlight for the pole)

The included flag needs to be of better quality. This flag will not last long in the sunlight and or wind.If the wind get extremely high, take the flag down to avoid tearing the flag up and snapping the pole.

This is a good basic flagpole and I expect it will last a few years so not bad for the price. Had no issue with the installation as I use a sleeve cemented in the ground, then fill with sand around the pole itself. Makes it easy to change out poles when the time comes. Also, I screw each section together so that the sections do not turn individually. Just use stainless self tapping screws set 180 degrees apart.
