Do you even need "cutter oil"?
First - what is cutter oil? Cutter oil is basically mineral oil. It may have some additives to moderate the viscosity, but it's essentially mineral oil.So, do you need it? Yes. Sort of. You should use lubricant with your cutter when scoring glass. You'll get more consistent results and prolong the life of your cutter. But there are a whole range of petroleum distillate products that are suitable lubricants, such as sewing machine oil, lamp oil, baby oil, even kerosene! Finally, what about this particular product? The primary issue is lubrication, but after that it's viscosity. See, you want a product that is thin enough to flow freely in use, but thick enough that it doesn't just leak all over the place. Rather than use trial and error to figure out which "light oil" will do that, spend a few extra bucks and buy this.

Great, thin, copper foil.
Foil sticks to glass well. Solder sticks to tape well. However, when touching up and resoldering areas, the tape is easily scratched off leaving a foil/glue mess that ruins the solder bead. Maybe beginning operator error..? It's something I paid attention to, not rubbing foil, and have had much success since observation. Good tape at fair price.

Works great
It does what it's supposed to do, great product and sure does make the job of cutting glass easier! Description, accessories, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, color, and it matched my expectations. The product(s) arrived on time, as described by seller & manufacturer, it was shipped without issue, arrived within prescribed estimates, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials.

Good oil for glass cutting.
Most oils are about the same but this worked for me. I only wish these things were sized a little better I have over ordering chemicals as they just sit. I don't cut glass often.

If you're buying a glass cutter you need to use this oil
We purchased this with a bottle glass cutter. So for THIS product, it receives a 5 star rating. It was easy to use and a necessity. However, on a side note, we returned the glass cutter (it was junk) and had a heck of a time trying to return this oil. Amazon said this oil wasn't eligible for return, so they ended up crediting us and we disposed of this oil.

It is glass cutting oil...
I have received two requests for review of this item from the seller. Since I don't appreciate the second request, it is Christmas time and we are staying busy (I really need a second request for four ounces of glass cutting oil?) I will oblige and hopefully end the email assault. It is oil, clear, appears to be four ounces as advertised. Container is plastic with a screw on top. Container seems to contain oil properly. I have no doubt the oil will do what it was sold to accomplish. I hope this ends the email demand that I review the oil. I will not purchase from seller again.
