It's a tight fit for my little size 8 shoes but not horribly tight. The height increase is nice and they're quite nice and cushy too. I had to angle cut the heel area to "round" it off for a better fit in my shoes but that was easily done with a scissor.

So this product is interesting. On the one hand, they give a great amount of height to anyone who uses them. On the other hand, if you use these in a pair of shoes that already fit you then you're going to be in some serious discomfort because your foot will literally be crammed inside that bad boy.I'd recommend using a shoe that was maybe a size too big or even bringing this insert with you when you try on shoes so that you get the right side.

Item was good, it has 2 layers. I removed the bottom one as it won't fit into the shoe. Initially, there was a pain in the legs. Now I am used to it. It increases your height and gives comfort for the feet.

Product is excellent it give me confidence now. I recommend the full two inches for shoes with high ankles.

Love these, as I didn't even have to cut them. They work perfectly!
