This pillow has actually been a lifesaver. It’s called the Tri-Core Comfort Zone — super firm (like, REALLY firm, so don’t expect a fluffy cloud).The shape is kind of weird at first — it has this dent in the middle for your head and higher sides to hold your neck straight — but once I got used to it, I swear I wake up way less stiff and my shoulder pain and neck pain has subsided.And the best part is the fabric: it stays pretty cool all night. Best pillow for neck injuries.

My daughter has had neck pain for months. She used this pillow once and the pain was gone. She went back to her normal pillow for a night and woke up with a hurting neck. She went back to this pillow and it was gone and has stayed gone. She won't go back to her old pillow. 100% must if you have neck pain.

I have used a Jackson Roll for 20+ years and saw this the other day. I wasn't sure how I would like it and I love it. I was buying a new jackson roll every three months so we will see if this holds up longer before getting too soft. It is VERY FIRM on the edges but gives great neck support when side sleeping and I eventually end up on my back.

I have been using these pillows for years. My first one lasted over 10 years, my second about 3 years, the last couple I've bought lasted weeks. The company has obviously changed the fill material, it doesn't stay in the neck roll area. I follow the video to move the filling where I want it and by morning my neck is sore because it has all worked its way back out to the sides. My chiropractor even stopped stocking them due to quality issues. They need to do some investigating into their materials again to find out what happened.

It’s not high enough

I knew there was something out there that could help me! It took me about a year trying all different types of pillows to finally find what I needed. I sleep on my back and I used to wake up with a stiff, sore neck every morning. I would immediately go get the microwavable heating pad and put it on my neck while I had my coffee. IF I was lucky after about an hour I would be able to bend and turn enough to be able to get dressed but with a lot of pain. Now, and I am not exaggerating or kidding you, I wake up with NO neck pain! NONE! It is unbelievable! I can turn my neck both ways and look up and down easily. The best part? I am no longer crabby in the morning! Thank you Core Products!

Have used this pillow for more than 10 years now, but my only concern is the first few I had lasted years and now I feel I am having to replace them every 6 months or so due to breaking down and losing their firmness. They had to change material or manufacturer as the quality does not seem as high. Still my favorite and only pillow in use though!
