GOOD AND HARD!
These are NOT pork rinds and they are NOT cracklings. These are cracklin strips and they are super hard.If they're too hard for you, don't complain, you ordered cracklin strips and that's what you got.

They will crack a tooth
These have a decent taste. However they are so hard they could crack a tooth. Not like any other cracking I’ve ever had. They aren’t chewy at all.

GREAT TASTE/less filling lol
I love these!I live on the West Coast, but now but I'm originally from the MidWest. You can't find REAL cracklins here anywhere. The closest that they have here are deep fried chicharrons, that they sell in the Mexican Markets. These are the true, old fashioned cracklins that I used to get back home. Yes they are HARD, that's what they're supposed to be. But don't try to eat them like potato chips...instead, pop a bunch in your mouth, hold them there until they soften, THEN chew. Any good ole country gal knows that 😄

Quality
These are the best, I have been enjoying these skins for over 20 years and they are still hard, crunchy and full of flavor😉. The bad thing is that they are not sold in California, well I can’t find them. The last couple of orders have had a couple of bags opened not sure if during packaging or during shipping. Less for my family to enjoy.😞 Anyway, I’m gonna trust that all my bags will be tightly sealed and place my next order.

Don't even think about these being real cracklins.
You better have steel teeth to eat these so-called cracklins. They are in my estimation misrepresented as cracklins when they are just thin strips of bacon that has been over fried to beyond being edible. Trash can item.
