I waited too long to get this, it's been wonderful to have the door open with no pesky flies coming in the house (or the giant moth that scared me a few nights back!). Easy to install, especially noting what some previous customers advised about not pulling it too tight. We used the adhesive and tacks on the top. One side is a little less straight but if we'd done it a bit more slowly it would be fine. Holding up great so far, sides close right away with the magnets and are easy to move through. The dogs learned very quickly how to go in and out and they love it have access to the porch. Great value in my opinon!

You only need the size for the one side of your sliding door that you open. I guess I'm a dork because based on the sizes I saw available, I initially bought the whole door size and had to return it for the single door size (easy return and replace.) We put it on the outside of the door frame. The sticky tape and the magnet are pretty strong. Be sure not to put it on too tight, and also leave a very slight gap in top middle so that it has some "give" so the magnets can pull it back together when the dogs go through. My beagles learned fast to go through it using some treats. If it is breezy or they both go through at the same time, it doesn't close right, but most of the time it is great. The materials are good quality for the money. This is a great solution for us since we do not want to install a permanent dog door and saves me time letting the dogs in and out.

I used this screen to create a bug barrier for the back of my van. Worked perfectly. I had to trim and sew the bottom, and it has held up well so far!

This thing was a suggestion by Amazon to replace the one I had bought from them before. Of course that one, the first one I bought from them wasn't available anymore so I went with their suggestion and ended up with this super flimsy piece of crap. The material is so flimsy the magnets cannot get together. The first one I had, the mesh was firmer making it a hella of a lot easier for the magnets to come together and did so every time. This piece of crap just forget it you will end up throwing in the trash. Don't buy it you'll be sorry.
