this garlic press works great! easy to use and really sturdy. This will last the test of time!! The Garlic is being smushed through little holes so of course there are bits that get stuck. But hot water cleans them right out. Nothing that inhibits use :)

[01/2026] I used to marvel and wonder how old people had tools for decades, but here I am almost 10 years later with the same garlic press I bought in 2016. This lil lad has helped make countless comfort meals with zero maintenance and frankly I get it now—this is a part of my history, through endless struggles punctuated by joyful reminders of why it's all worth it. Hopefully they're still manufacturing this to the same quality standards so in another 10 years y'all can be nostalgic over a kitchen tool, too. I may never own a home, but I do still have this garlic press that's been more reliable than my own parents and the economy. [06/2020] Over 3 years later using this garlic press multiple times a week and the thing is still crushing like it never skips leg day. Annoying to clean, but solid performance worth it -- upgrading to 5 stars. [02/2017] Overall, this is a pretty good garlic press that could be fantastic with some design changes, if possible. Using the accompanying accessory that removes skins is optional but I find it easy to use so I prefer to as it gunks up the press less, plus it's oddly satisfying to watch the clove come out bare with a quick roll. The press itself is able to hold 2-3 medium cloves at once and it doesn't take squeezing too hard to use though I usually two-hand it anyhow for dramatic effect. It does require running it along the rim of your bowl or using a knife as plenty of garlic will be on the press, but I've found this to be the case with other garlic presses I've used. The most annoying part comes with cleaning. I recommend washing immediately after use as with even ten minutes of sitting the garlic will become harder and stickier. Even with washing right away, fibers become trapped in the thin openings of basket sides. If this could be a solid piece, it would make the press more pleasant to use. I have attempted using this with ginger but found I just ended up with juice and a crushed pulp that didn't get pressed through. But hey, it's a garlic press, and it definitely does a great job performing its main function. It seems like it will hold up for quite a while!

Works well

Daily use in my house, easy to clean and store, durable, size, weight are all great because I am a minimalist, I get annoyed having a lot of kitchen tools. I fancy functionality not clutter. This garlic press is a one stop shop for me, quickly mince garlic for salad, dressing, spice on anything.

I searched high and low for a good garlic press and this one is truly amazing. It's easy to clean and gets nearly all of the garlic our of the bulb. I use my finger to scrape anything left in the basket before I put in the next bulb. It also comes with this black rubber roller thing that you roll your garlic in and it takes off the shell. GENIOUS! I've always hated peeling that peel off the garlic and this rolls it right off. This is a nice quality, sturdy, garlic peeler. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Excellent product at a low price; I regret for not buying it sooner. If you don’t mind a bit of waste, you can really shove it a whole clove of garlic in without removing the husk and you will get juicy, finely pressed garlic!

Two years in, this press works well. No complaints on its ability to press garlic. But the design/construction has an annoying flaw. The basket that the garlic is compressed in has gaps at the seams — they’ve grown over time — and you can count on shreds of garlic getting stuck in them. And they’re a pain to get out. The holes in the basket aren’t bad to clean, but the seams can be tough to clean out — the gaps are tiny towards the bottom. It doesn’t keep this press from performing well, but the flaw is irritating enough that I wouldn’t buy this again.

Absolutely love this product! Easy to use and clean. It’s very sturdy and easy to press. You’re able to fit multiple cloves. Cuts cooking time down. Says you can even add the clothes in with out peeling. And it does work, but I prefer the very easy to use clove peeler that pills it in seconds.

Been using this garlic press since I bought two weeks ago. First I have to compliment the fast delivery. I love the durability and it's easy to clean. Made my cooking prep easier and faster. Highly recommended!

Ich hab mir die Knoblauchpresse bestellt, da sie auf den Bild sehr wertig ausgesehen hat. Und nach der Lieferung wurde ich auch nicht enttäuscht. Ein kleines Bürstchen zur Reinigung ist beigelegt und die Handhabung ist top. Ich hatte zuvor natürlich andere Knoblauchpressen, aber war nie wirklich Happy damit, daher hab ich hier den Versuch gestartet und wurde bislang nicht enttäuscht
