Great mixer!
I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, which is hardly worth the trouble to beat whipped cream into a smooth, fluffy topping for my granddaughter's awesome hot chocolate, that tops in the "yummy" category. Whisking whipping cream did not work for me, as it did for my granddaughter. After about 20 minutes, I poured it back into the container as watery as when I began whisking.What to do? I searched Amazon and came up with this reasonably priced little Hamilton-Beach "workhorse". On the lowest speed, after about 3-5 minutes, I plopped perfectly whipped, fluffy cream into my hot chocolate. Yummy on the bottom and yummy on the top!Great mixer for the price for all those little tasks not worth setting up the big mixer and takes too much time and energy for the whisk!
