We were worried about our first flight with our baby boy. Hydration is very important to us so we purchased these to take and make on the plane. Seriously so easy to make and store. Our boy was able to stay well hydrated and seemed to enjoy the taste of all 4 flavors.

My daughter is a big fan of lemonade and it's usually hard to get her to drink anything when she's sick. She certainly drank this up though it had a nice flavor!

These electrolytes taste very watered down if you mix the is a bottle of water so I would use less water. They dissolve very quickly and are easy to open. You get a good amount for what you pay for.

These helped a lot with drinking water consistently!
