The beads are beautiful but the holes are quite small. I use either 0.61 mm wire or .80 mm stretch string.

What do you string these on so they will be sturdy and the string will not tend to break?

My husband used 10 lb Fishing line Plus the stretch cord that you can purchase from Amazon.

Are these real natural stone beads?

Yes, I think they are...that is why they are so expensive. But they make beautiful braceletts and earrings

These are absolutely breathtaking. I didn't measure them to make sure they were 6 mm and honestly they seem more like 4 mm maybe five but they are absolutely beautiful. The coloration differences are striking and together they make a very beautiful item. They do not mix well with other beads. They are such of high quality, everything else looks cheap. I will be ordering more to use in my dream catcher making.
