Nakajima WPT-150 Electronic Typewriter

Somebody stoled my dad's old typewriter recently and it was his favorite instrument to write his notes. I got him this for Christmas and he love it. No issues what-so-ever. Arrived in mint condition and brings me memories of the early 2000s too. The typing is in excellent quality and the keys are not squishy nor do they get stuck. They are fluid as modern keyboards and are easy to read. We like the font it came with and the eraser feature works flawlessly. After typing a while, we both can read the fonts on paper clearly, and we love the typing sound it makes!

The typewriter was perfect. I needed this to work on specific forms for a project that required the responses be typewritten. The forms could not be computer generated. I typed about 50 pages and did not need to change the ribbon.

A good product, it functions as described and arrived on time. Shiped in its original box. In original box everyone could see what the product was possibly increasing chances of theft.

Piece of Junk It was used. It did not work..It was a return that was not checked out before shipping to unsuspecting customer..Asking for rating ..Their is no rating for completely dissastisfied with piece of junk..had to check lowest star so could continue but should have very not satisfied star

Even in this computer age, I still like to have a back-up typewriter. And there are still the odd paper applications that the company hasn’t computerized. I just had this happen with the County’s Vendor application. Go figure. Couldn’t believe it.So I didn’t want to pay the higher Brothers Brand pricepoint. Wish I had.This one types fine but the mechanism is not as smooth & makes this tappity-tap sound that’s a little irritating. You can just tell that the quality isn’t there. Hope this helps!

I am in love with this new electric typewriter. It is so easy on the hands (I have arthritis) that I can type speedily like I used to in the olden days. . The manual explains all the parts and keys of the typewriter, which is exactly what I needed as it has been so many years since I used a typewriter and just wanted one to try my hand at writing again. I am so happy I took the plunge and gave it a try.

Great basic electric typewriter! I ordered for my 89 year old father who loves to type checks and various correspondence. He was so happy with its features and ease of use!
