I had one of these back in the 80s and swore by it not used in years and I still have it today,so I thought it worked wonders back then so am going to give it a go to trim and tone up but felt the spring was not as resistant as it use to be so order the covvy double spring one 2 days ago it seems to be a lot better made and tighter resistant than the vintage one I still have so let's hope it gives me my 80s figure back

It met my expectations.

This is power, the double springs really help with keeping the tight tension as you stretch it during exercises. The grip is a little hard on the hands due to the tight springs, but helps with building strength in your wrists at the same time. Would suggest using some form of support gloves as it does dig into your hands. Overall though it’s a great piece of equipment and there are videos available to watch for exercises on YouTube.

Mixed feelings. Seems sturdy and quite well made with sturdy springs and compact design.Negatives include suggested work outs printed in B&W on th back of the package box (not ideal) and shoe/foot straps that are non adjustable and designed for an 'average' foot...not for my size 12s!!This means my feet never feel secure and pose a safety risk. A pity!

This was a replacement for a similar one I purchased a couple of years ago and has worked fine until recently. This on after only 2 uses started to unravel from the handle which unlike the previous one also had protective rubber covering along the centre of the handle.Returned for a refund.

Was good quality and I like the fact I can sit down and do bicep curls

This equipment work very well and does what you expect it to. I use it every day.
