Sunny Sea Smoked Oysters in Oil, 3 Ounce Cans (Pack of 24)

I found these oysters to be very, very small. In fact they are so small they might be mistaken as just pieces. The overall flavor is good with a mild smokey flavor. I prefer the larger smoked oysters but for the price they are a pretty good buy. The reason for the 3 star is on the package I noticed "Product of China" which is not what was advertised in the Amazon ad and for the very, very small size which is not on the package either.

Taste is not on par with American, Canadian or European Brands. Over cooked, and From China! What poison is in these little babies God only knows.

These were pretty good. They tasted like most other oysters, but the texture was just not there. Most of the oysters have fallen apart which is just not as enjoyable. Way overpriced for what you're getting, too.

Not bad for the price I don't care for the sunflower oil but if you drain them good there not bad would like olive oil better.

These oysters have been a great buy for us. At less than $1.00 a can, they are a fantastic deal and they are beautifully smoked. So far ours have been very small, which we prefer, and our case was packed in sunflower oil instead of cottonseed oil, which is healthier if not heated. They aren't oily, very smokey, and great with hot sauce, horseradish, and good bacon. Try some!

I like to eat smoked oysters straight out of the can or on a cracker. Unfortunately these petite, little darling are inconstant from can to can. Some cans have firm oysters in them while others cans are full of chewy and crunchy oysters. The aroma of the smokey oysters come on pretty strong and so does the taste. I probably won't be ordering any more unless the price comes downs.

Poor questionable quality from China. Smaller container. A couple of the first cans I opened had strange smell and appearance. I threw all the cans in the trash

I like to eat seafood regularly and i understand that canned food will always be inferior to freshly made ones, however, with that being said, this oyster product really disappointed me. The oyster are just very dry and unpleasant tasting, i would not suggest this product to anyone. I still have 3/4 of the oysters left from previous order. will be giving those away to the homeless..
