Very nice and good help

This is a multi-vitamin and mineral tub of capsules, augmented with various organic preparations which have been shown to have some effect on things like tiredness and stamina. The vitamins and minerals are all mostly in the 100% RDA (recommended daily allowance) and so are, more or less, standard. Marketed specifically towards men, one would assume that these daily allowances are specific to men (women need more iron and folate if menstruating but otherwise vitamin requirements are largely based on body size so a little lower for women).Two of us, in this all male household, have been taking them. Reasonably easy to swallow, no unfortunate effects but do they increase stamina and reduce tiredness? Hard to tell over the short term, but it's worth a shot!

Does not work.

It has an impressive list of vitamins and nutrients, but not in an excessive amount. It's pretty much just a regular multi-vitamin with hardly any noticeable effect on the short term.

Have been taking this for 3 months and I can definitely feel a difference. Much more energy and focus. I have a very stressful job and I'm sure it's made a difference. Very happy with this product.
