How to use it to refresh my own garden ?

I use it for repairing patches on my lawn. Sprinkle well after raking the patch. Then sieve over with peat or similar. Water well if in a dry period.

Does the seed have a green coating?

We haven't opened a box, it does have a coating but not sure it's green. We occasionally get split boxes and I've not seen any green seed spill out.

Should I apply them with weed and feed product or after treating the lawn for weeds?

After weed and feeding products, by minimum of 3 to 4 weeks, preferably after a couple of good showers to Dilute any remaining residue and help grass seed germination.

If you've used weed and feed 4 in 1 and raked the area after 2 weeks got rid of all the weeds, do you need to fertilise the area before seeding ?

I only used it to cover some patches and to cover a new area of top soil. I can say I was not happy with the results it was very hit and miss to how the seed would grow and I'm still waiting for some parts to start. Very disappointed
