The product delivered was not labeled as seen in picture, Also was not sealed. There is no assurity of the authenticity of this product. I doubt it maybe counterfeit. I want to return this product but not eligible. Please help me with this and do needful.

Seen so many reviews so i purchased this but After using 3 months i m reviewing this product is really bad its start very much hairfall i thinks its duplicate or cheap product can't trust this product m very disappointed guys be aware

Product is good.meets my expectations.seems original product.my hair has become soft and smooth and silky.i normal had straight hair but recently it was becoming frizzy.after application of the product it's better.deliver was in time

Very poor product given .. old and damaged product received not worth the money ... looting customers... received with broken seal inside ..!Packaging was very poor and damaged content insideIts not value for money and not an original product..!

Questionable quality. Packing and quality differs significantly then L'Oreal we have. Totally dissatisfied.

Fraudulent Packing by hiding the bar codes and pasting new mfd date and expiry dates. Bottle looks ultra old. wonder how they dont have a return or atleast a replacement option for a professional beauty care products
