First Communion Banner Kit - 12 x18 - Cross (Blue - Black Letters, 12 x 18)

Re the “2019” box, Yes the picture on the box reflects 2019, however it contains sufficient 2020 numbers. Our banner looks marvelous and it was amazingly simple to do, even intricate cutting. I will say that the primary color of glitter glu was a bit insufficient as far as quantity, however, overall the banner looks wonderful and the materials provided through our Church would have come out less than had we attempted to do this without precut shapes provided by this product.

Came out perfectly! We didn’t get very creative and pretty much copied the design on the package. It was quick and easy to assemble. I should not have listened to the reviews saying that the provided glue was not good. It worked perfectly though there wasn’t enough. It dried overnight and everything seems to be attached securely. (But I also had to supplement with extra of my own clear gel tacky glue.) When I first read the reviews I went out and bought fabric fusion glue and super glue. Both did not work as well as the glue in the kit and in fact dried white (I hid the marks with some extra glitter decoration).If I were to give a negative it would be that the felt letters were too large. Our long name did not fit and so I had to cut the letters and reshape them to make them smaller. I also painted the dowel gold because I did not like the unfinished plain wood. I also added my own gold wire for hanging because the ribbon that comes with the kit is too short.

This was a nice banner design and easy to assemble with a variety of layout choices. But one of the glitter pen's tip was broken off and unusable. Fortunately, it was not one of the colors we needed to use.

Very easy to do with everything you need. Letters & numbers are sticky. Includes all pieces you need of felt, jewels, ribbon, stick, letters, numbers and glue.

I bought this for my Grandson’s upcoming First Communion. The banner came with everything necessary to put it together. The instructions were clear and had a reflection that could be read about the meaning of each piece. Although it says it is intended for ages 6 and up, some of the gluing and precise placement may need to be done by an adult or with adult supervision. My grandson and I worked on it together. It was a good bonding experience.

We were very happy with the kit. The thickness of material was great. It was easy to assemble. I used a glue gun not the glue that they send; took too long to dry. It was on the pricey side.

We loved this kit. my son's banner looked awesome thanks to this kit.
