Great comfort and durability
I recently purchased the E7 Round Ear Pads to replace the worn-out pads on my headphones, and I am thoroughly impressed with their quality and performance. While these ear pads didn't significantly improve the sound quality, they excelled in other areas that make them worthy of a 5-star rating. First and foremost, the comfort they provide is exceptional. The soft, plush material feels incredibly gentle against my ears, allowing for hours of comfortable listening without any discomfort or irritation. The padding is well-cushioned and molds perfectly to the shape of my ears, providing a snug fit that enhances the overall listening experience. Durability is another standout feature of these ear pads. The high-quality materials and sturdy construction make them highly resistant to wear and tear. Even after extended use, they retain their shape and show no signs of deterioration. This longevity ensures that I can continue to enjoy their comfort for a long time without the need for frequent replacements. The installation process was straightforward and hassle-free. The ear pads fit seamlessly onto my headphones, and they stayed securely in place, even during active use. The manufacturer's attention to detail and precision in design are evident, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. While these ear pads did not significantly improve the sound quality of my headphones, it is important to note that this aspect can be subjective and dependent on individual headphone models. However, the ear pads did not compromise the existing sound quality either, which is commendable. The audio remained clear and balanced, ensuring a pleasant listening experience. In terms of value for money, the E7 Round Ear Pads are an excellent investment. Their affordable price point, combined with their outstanding comfort and durability, make them a worthwhile purchase. Even if they didn't dramatically enhance the sound quality, the overall improvement in comfort and the assurance of long-lasting performance more than make up for it. To summarize, the E7 Round Ear Pads may not have revolutionized the sound quality of my headphones, but their unmatched comfort and durability make them a top-tier choice. If you're seeking a replacement for worn-out ear pads or simply want to enhance your listening comfort, these ear pads are a reliable and worthwhile option.

Read this before trying to replace. - Other people are smarter than I am.
This is another review from this site. This person was SPOT on with replacement. I followed their instruction exactly and it was super easy. The only thing I would add, and this is from someone else as well, would be to take a photo to note the correct placement for the ear pads. Thankfully, I just placed them on to make sure they fit (they will stay on without glue, but not long term) and noticed I had the pads on sideways. That would have sucked. The E7 headphones are great headphones for a great price - but after a few years the pads start to break down, leaving little black flakes all over. The headphones still work great. These replacement pads are totally compatible. You have to grab the old ones firmly and peel them off. Mine left quite a bit of debris still glued to the metal ring. Some of that scraped off, but it was a challenge. Using a cotton swab, I painted a small amount of Goo-Gone on top of the debris that was still glued on. I let it sit for a few hours, after which it scraped easily off with a flat screwdriver. I then cleaned off any remaining Goo-Gone with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. This left a clean ring of metal for the adhesive on the new pads to stick to. These new pads fit on easily - they are circular to start with, so you have to push them in a little as you go around the ring pressing down for the adhesive to stick to the slightly oval base.

Easy and Effective Solution!
These proved to be extremely easy to install, with an adhesive strip already in place and no need to try to glue them in yourself. One simply pulls firmly on the old ear pads (hold onto the shell firmly) and they peel off cleanly. Then one simply removes the cover strip on the adhesive and sets these into place. I am quite please to have been able to renew my Cowin E7 set rather than have to hunt for a new one owing to worn out leatherette ear pads. Solid product!

Ear Pads are great, Headband cover a little lumpy
My Cowin E7 ear cushions and the headband outer surfaces literally disitergrated. Was about to trash the headphones when I found out replacement pads were available. Some offerings were just the ear pads, but these offered a cover for the headband so I ordered the kit. The kit arrived with no instructions so you are on your own figuring out how to uninstall the old and install the kit. Removal of the ear pads is a bit cumbersome, but once you get the glue to release and work slowly, the pad will come off. The second pad removal was a bit easier. Figuring out how to position and start the zipper for the headband cover took a bit of head scratching. Try to get the cover in the right starting position before zipping it all the way closed. It is hard to reposition the cover after zipping it up. The pad installation goes easy, just be sure you have them positioned properly before pressing them fully in place. Quality wise, I guess time will tell, but they do look good. At least I do not have bits of vinyl in my hair and ears.

Easy and inexpensive replacement
Fits well. Does the job. For those of you wondering how to replace them, the original ear pads are on there with adhesive tape. So just gently but firmly pull the old ones off, working your way around the perimeter until they are fully removed. Remove any adhesive that didn't come off with the ear pad (you can just rub it off with your thumb). The replacements already have adhesive on them, so just line them up, remove the backing paper and stick them on. Note the orientation of the cup as the interior is slightly oval to fit your ears. And it helps to align the top by the headband as a point of reference, tilt the ear pad into the rim, and then gently press it down all around the headphone. Took about 5 minutes, tops. For the price, you can't go wrong.

These fit perfectly and have completely renovated my Cowin E7 headphones.
As many people report suffering from (Apparently caused my moisture) my earpads were all cracked and crumbly. Every time I wore them I'd end up with black specks in my ears, hair, face, clothes etc. The Cowin E7 headphone aren't crazy expensive and for the money they function really well, so I almost bought a new pair until I saw these replacement ear cushions for much less money. Make sure you remove the old pads completely. One of mine came off with no problems, the second however separated from the glue when I pulled it off, and I had to spend a little more time pulling out the old glue. I also gave mine a quick wash down with alcohol swabs before installing the replacements. They are slightly oval, so make sure you align them properly before you stick them. Fit is great, quality is great, easy to replace and they headphone look as good at new! Very satisfied with this purchase. (You can also buy a headband cover separately if that's also crumbling)

Does the job, not an exact replacemeny.
The ear-pads are similar to the originals, but - they lack the plastic attachment clips in the original, - they are not as plush (wide), so the skin contact is not quite as good).

Be Prepared to Take Time and Physical Energy to Install New Ear Pads
The new ear pads are perfect. The issue is removing the old pads. I went on line for advice and while it was technically helpful, it failed to describe the sheer difficulty of removing the original material and glue. Its a physical test to remove the material which is cemented to the perimeter of the plastic ring. That ring remains in place but it has to be free of any residual material/glue in order for the new pad, with its contact strip, to fully adhere to the surface. I used a utility knife to scrape away the old material around the edge. Be careful. Not sure if its important to be this meticulous but that's how I roll.
