I've had back trouble for years and have over flexible joints which makes me round my shoulders when I sleep and I have a job where I stand all day and this makes me very slouched and have bad posture.So I got this brace and I've been using it after work for two days now for about 30mins at a time, it's really easy to put on and pull tight. I did get a little pain at first wich I thought was to be expected. But this really has worked wonders in such a short period of time, I'm not as tight and have already started to pull my shoulders back when not wearing the brace.I highly recommend this product.

Not much support, I can still slouch with it on also hard on the armpit area.

Keeps my shoulders back and won’t let me hunch. Good stuff. But don’t wear it for long periods initially, because it caused me some discomfort. The seller has been really good with a few emails asking if everything was ok and if I needed any help.

Very comfortable and effective, good quality and good value. I use it mainly when running, and it really helps to correct my posture and prevent shoulder and neck pain. The effect has lasted beyond the time I spend running with it on.

This was ok ish for the short period if time it lasted.Fitted well enough and provided some support with a degree of comfort.However the major flaw with this item is the buckle... it snapped rendering the whole thing useless!Now I'm no big guy, so in no way put it under undue stress, but it gave way after one week of daily use..Bare this in mind if you are considering a purchase.

I really love this product. It is so easy and comfortable to use and when accompanied by exercises in the companys e book it really feels like it is assisting posture and discouraging slouching.

If you have an upper back pain, I wouldn't recommend to buy this product. It's support your back BUT it's uncomfortable to wear as you can't do anything with it, just sit or stand straight. You can't pull extend your arms in front of you otherwise will hurt armpits. I read so many good reviews about lowering back pain but feels like it wasn't true. Don't waste your money on it!

I tried a similar posture corrector. It worked great and helped me to improve my posture until the point when the plastic buckle snapped as I was bending over. This one has metal buckles so that shouldn't happen unless the stitching comes apart but it feels really well made and from good material. Still going strong. Thanks
