Warren Thompson (Martin Clunes - Doc Martin, Men Behaving Badly) is a pedantic driving instructor who suddenly finds himself in his mid-fifties with a job he doesn't enjoy and a family he never asked for. Warren just wants an easy life. He's happy with a clean house, a neat garden, and a nice cup of tea. But thanks to his naturally difficult personality, Warren is constantly finding himself in sticky situations. 15 years ago Warren was content; a bachelor working for the civil service and living alone. Fast forward and he's now a driving instructor, living with his partner Anne and her two sons, and is struggling to adapt to the role of husband, father and brother or son-in-law. Not blessed with patience, empathy, or any kind of paternal instinct whatsoever, we follow Warren and the hilarious situations this gets him into, both at work and at home. Special features include cast interviews and bloopers.

I think ITV made a huge mistake cancelling Warren, once you got used to Martin Clunes playing Warren, it was hilarious !I would go so far as to say, one of his best performance!

What a shame there will not be a second series
What a shame the BBC are not commissioning a second series. All the classic great comedies take a while to find their paths, even Only Fools and Horses was not much to start with. Warren was just starting to build into its characters, with the last episodes developing into something that could have been special with great writing and acting.

Laughed so hard! A truly brilliant comedy show, so good the BBC had no choice but to cancel the second series, like every other good show it releases, hopefully Netflix, or Amazon will pick this up.

Loved the show, so really enjoyed re-watching it - especially during lock-down. It's always good to have something handy to watch
