Are the bristles suitable for blow drying conditions

I’ve used the brush many times when blow drying my daughter’s hair.

Is the wood of the handle varnished?

Yes the whole brush is varnished. But, I’ve had mine a while now and it’s used every day, it’s not sticky and the varnish doesn’t come off in your hand. It’s perfect.

The description on this box says it is made of 100% boar bristles. Why?

Nothing is shown on the brush or the bag it comes in. Nice quality and I would recommend. It gets right through to your roots!
