I really recommend them. — they are coated: they dissolve in your stomach, not your trachea. You don’t experience the horrible feeling of tasting iron all day, as you get with uncoated pills. I just had to throw away 2 brand new bottles of iron sulfate because of the horrible taste. 🤢 — it’s gluconate, not sulfate. NIH studies indicate sulfate is higher iron dose, but gluconate is better absorbed. I’ve had better experience with these. It is recommended you take a vitamin E just before taking this, for maximum absorption. Vitamin E is inexpensive. — good price. 3 bottles of 100 pills last me almost a year.
