Wonderful and addicting corn relish. It's not overly sweet like most corn relishes, and it doesn't have that thick sauce holding it together like some. Rather, it's like a refreshing corn salad that you would make at home with a vinaigrette. I eat it like a salad rather than as a condiment.

Terrific as an appetizer
I was first served this corn relish as a sample at a store. They mixed it with sour cream to make a dip. Oh, my goodness! It was delicious. The taste of the corn is so fresh that you're sure that the relish was just made.There's a bit of a "kick" from the jalapenos. Easy appetizer: Mix the 16 oz bottle with 1/4 cup sour cream (or to taste) and serve with corn chips or vegetable sticks. Took it to a party last night, and everyone asked for the recipe. It's almost embarrassing to report how easy it is.
