Studio Line Overworked Hair Putty, 1.7 oz.

I have very fine slightly wavy hair. I use a curling mouse to bring out the wave and was using an It’s a 10 hair hair fiber product to add body. I’m 62 and when I stopped coloring my hair it had no life whatsoever. The It’s a 10 product is apparently not made anymore so I was trying to find something similar and decided to try this out. I LOVE it and it’s much better than the other product I was using. It’s not very sticky, but really adds body and control to my hair. It stays soft and I can easily style my hair a second day if I decide not to wash it again. I use it along with the mousse, just apply and scrunch and go on my way. Very pleased.

It smelled surprisingly good, sometimes the textire of the clay would vary from each container, but it worked the same overall. I would recommend this if you're going to prom, or a formal event and need your hair to stay styled neatly.

I have never used a hair putty myself. But decided to try this. I used it on barely damp hair and I’m amazed at the hold. It’s not hard. It’s not sticky. And even sleeping on it overnight all I had to do was touch up my hair with my finger fingers. Will definitely buy again.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product, it just isn’t my go-to. It has a really pleasant smell and the feel is almost like it’s whipped. It has a softer hold than I like. If you apply too much it can feel greasy. Update: I use it more now that my hair is getting longer.

I have a mirco pixie and i love this because it has a great light texture, but has hold and it stays matte. this is an over and over rebuy for me.

Can’t get mad because this product only costs $5 compared to the other expensive products. It’s easy to spread, emulsify, and apply which is great. The only issue lies in the hold time. It will basically be nonexistent in 30 minutes. So I guess the only way you can use this product is if you use it to mold your hairstyle, and then use a ton of hairspray to hold it. I was pleasantly surprised by it when I first applied it and was ready to buy crate loads but then after it basically vanished into thin air after 30 minutes, I realized why it costs $5.

Took a very small dab to thicken my hair without weighing it down. Not sticky. Great price.
