Brings relief
I bought this for my mother's long time driver who is now an autorickshaw driver. He had recently been hospitalized for hemorrhoids, in such severe pain that he wished he could just die. He didn't know such a cushion was available and when I ordered it and gave it to him, he said it was very comfortable. He is a very thin, small-built man so an oval shape was best for him so that he could orient it vertically rather than horizontally. It was packaged very well and the quality of the cushion looks to be topnotch.

A second choice to inflatable
A second choice product, in comarison to inflatable one. After prolonged use it is uncomfortable and causes numbness in bum and thighs.
