I tried this particular derma roller after using a 5 in 1 set from China. I didn't realize how cheap and nasty the China set really was until I used the Aufgeld. You can really see and feel the quality straight away, so much so that I immediately threw the Cheap China Crap away into the bin where it belonged. I realized the Cheap China Crap was actually blunt and didn't penetrate my skin like the Aufgeld did with hardly any pressure at all you can feel how sharp the real needles are and I actually bled for the first time! Before with the Cheap China Crap I didn't bleed and I had a red irritated rash for days even after disinfecting (not the normal redness for a few hours) and I thought it was me doing something wrong. Who'd have thought I'd be so excited to see my face bleeding! Now I know it was the product not the performance. I'm glad I invested in a real derma roller after my experience with using a cheap blunt and probably skin damaging product from China. I'll never look back now.Remember; when it comes to your skin it's worth investing in quality not quantity. Throw your Cheap China 5 in 1 Set away. Buy this instead.

I have waited a few months before reviewing this product so that I can evaluate it properly. I am really impressed with the quality of this roller and the results I am already getting in regards to skin firmness.

I brought this product for my stretch marks and I have ended up having to see my gp huge rash all over my body, painful, makes everything worse biggest regret will never recommend a product like this for home use should be illegal to sell
